Campus communication regarding financial, human resources, and Campus Solutions systems will be facilitated via five departmental contacts Listservs: Academic Contacts, Asset Management Contacts, Department Heads, Finance Contacts, and HRMS users. Departmental contacts will distribute the information they receive via the Listserv to the appropriate staff within their department.

Two production teams, finance and Campus Solutions, meet routinely to facilitate communication and coordination between and among the central administrative departments responsible for the finance, human resource, and Campus Solutions systems.
