To obtain Access to PeopleSoft Student Admin:

Download the UND ConnectND Access Request for Student Administration Process document and follow the instructions listed.  The required forms are designated with an asterisk (*).

 

Required Training
Before access can be granted to the HRMS module, employees requesting access must complete the FERPA and Data Privacy training at the following links:

* UND FERPA Statement Form   download
(Acrobat Reader, 02.21.05) Description: Certification of FERPA training and statement of understanding of FERPA regulations.
 
 
*Access Request for Student Admin  download
(Microsoft Excel, 8.01.06) Description: HECN form to be completed for ConnectND Student Administration access. This form should be submitted electronically by the Department Head.
 
 
*Access Role Request Form   download
(Microsoft Word, 02.21.05) Description: The information on this form will determine what roles will be assigned in ConnectND Student Administration.
 
 
Access Role Definitions for Student Admin    download
