Requirements: PeopleSoft user ID and password for Finance Module, a local fund number, and/or an appropriated fund number. This is for new PeopleSoft users or those PeopleSoft users needing a refresher.

Description: This training provides the tools necessary to navigate through PeopleSoft to find your departments budget and cash balance; utilize PeopleSoft to track your departments budget, cash, revenue, and expenditures; and complete a budget journal. The session also includes hands-on practice activities.

Description: This class will show how to use PeopleSoft Account Number listings and provide clarification on how items should be coded.

Running, Reading, and Reconciling Key Finance Reports in PeopleSoft

Description: Navigate through PeopleSoft to run, read and understand financial reports as well as recognize why, when, and how you should reconcile revenue and expense transactions posted to your funds.  This training session will also give you tips for finding additional help and troubleshooting tools.

Description: This training session focuses on how to navigate through the grants module within PeopleSoft. Some of the screens we will visit include the "Award Profile", "PI Report", and the "Project Budget".
