Critical Thinking Strategies For College is a two credit course offered through
the University Learning Center.
This course explores and discusses the active learning strategies and techniques, which help to develop a student's proficiency in interacting with academic material. Critical thinking tips and activities are included in the class curriculum. In addition, the class includes not only a cognitive approach to learning, but has an emphasis on the application of study skills within various academic disciplines and the identification of academic strengths and weaknesses.
