Lecturer Scott Telle has taught Graphic Design Foundations for the University of North Dakota since the fall semester 2006. He received his BA in Public Relations and a minor in Music from the University of North Dakota. An accomplished graphic designer, Telle is also the Creative Director and cofounder of Ad Monkeys Inc., a full-service advertising agency he owns and operates with his wife Linda. He has received more than 30 local, regional, and national awards for his work in logo design, print ad layout, radio and television advertising, promotional videos, annual reports, and other forms of creative advertising. Completing his first semester as a
lecturer for the UND Art Department in 2006, Telle also taught graphic design and visual communication part-time in the School of Communication at the University from 1994 to 2001.

Telle’s growing interest in digital photography has led to several recent photo shoots including locations in Idaho, Montana, and Washington. His favorite pieces include images found in nature. Although digital technology allows unlimited photo manipulation, Telle says he prefers keeping his images as true to life as possible.
