Outlook: Open Address Book Created from LDAP
Created LDAP Address Book (been added to Outlook Address Book already)
NOTE: When opening this address book, the “Names” will NOT appear in the list. You will need to type in a search for the individuals.
LDAP (Internet Directory Service) Address Book: lists all faculty, staff, and students with their official e-mail address on campus prior to migrations.
With your Outlook Client open:
- Select Address Book:
> Select Drop-Down Arrow for list of Address Books to appear > Select UND AD under “Other Address Books” (name of LDAP Address Book)
Make sure the “More columns” push button is selected; then you will need to type the individuals “Last Name”
OR “First Name” in Search Box > press the “Go” Button or press ENTER for a list of results to appear
