Turn off Notify in GroupWise

With your GroupWise Client open:

1. Tools > Options > double-click Environment
2. On General Tab > unclick the box:  Launch Notify at Startup
3. Restart your GroupWise client

If you have your Notify running from your Startup Folder:

1. Delete the Notify.exe from your Startup Folder
