  • Anger Management Group: Wednesdays @ 4:30 pm, University Counseling Center
    This group is offered to students who want to learn how to control their feelings of anger or frustration.
  • Been There Done That: Thursdays @ 4:20 pm, University Counseling Center
    This group is for college students who are attempting to remain clean and sober in a college setting.
  • Body Image: Thursdays @ 4:00 pm, University Counseling Center
    This is a support Group for discussion about the impact of negative body image and disordered eating behaviors.
  • Co-dependency/ACOA Group: Tuesdays @ 4:00 pm, AND/OR Wednedsdays @ noon, University Counseling Center
    This group focuses on issues related to co-dependency and adult children of alcoholics.
  • LGBTQ: Mondays @ 5 pm, University Counseling Center
    This is a support group for LGBTQ students. First time clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes before scheduled start time.
  • Stress Management Lab: Wednesdays @ 4:30 pm, University Counseling Center
    The group focuses on how to manage stress and provides help with issues related to test anxiety.
  • Understanding Ourselves and Others: Thursdays @ 3:30 pm, University Counseling Center
    This group focuses on how to manage stress and provides help with issues related to test anxiety.
  • Veteran Support Group: Wednesdays @ 5 pm, University Counseling Center
    This is a support group for veterans.
  • Woman's Group: Mondays @ 3 pm, University Counseling Center
    This group focuses on women's issues including relationships and family issues.
