The Center for Rural Education and Communities (CREC) is dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the well-being of rural communities in North Dakota and the surrounding region. Housed in the College of Education and Human Development at the University of North Dakota, the Center has been established to utilize the research and training resources of the College in support of schools, social service agencies, and communities.
