We Want Your Opinion!

University of North Dakota and the North Dakota University System are coordinating a Student Satisfaction Inventory and Priorities Survey for Online Learners surveys of students at all levels. Students will be asked to share their opinions about their experiences at the University of North Dakota thus far.

Your opinions matter to us and your thoughtful responses to this inventory are very important. You need to enter your assigned unique passcode at this Website: http://survey.noellevitz.com. The survey will only take 15-20 minutes to complete over the Web in one setting and this web surveys is only available through April 30, 2006. Please complete these surveys that will help your program leaders determine what's working and not working in your program of study.

Please keep in mind that in appreciation for completing surveys, you will be eligible for a drawing for prizes at the end of the surveys administration. Fifteen prizes include: Three $50 and seven $25 gift certificates for the Barnes and Noble Bookstore, and five movie tickets to the Carmike Cinemas in Grand Forks.

All responses will remain confidential and will be in a group format. The executive summary and institutional report will be available on the Office of Institutional Research website in August 2006.
