The Center provides comprehensive assessment services for children, adolescents, and adults. Assessments focus on problems in learning, attention, and memory. Psychological difficulties (e.g., depression, anxiety) that can impact upon intellectual, occupational and educational functioning are also examined. Services are provided by licensed psychologists and graduate students in clinical psychology who are supervised by licensed psychologists. FEE: $450 for the intellectual and educational assessment. Insurance may be accepted. Cash payments are accepted and may be determined on a sliding scale.

This clinical psychological service provides evaluations of cognitive and learning problems and ADHD, as well as individual and group psychotherapy. The psycho-educational testing consists of the Weschler Adult Intelligence Scale-Revised and the Woodcock-Johnson Achievement Test and includes an interview, diagnostic report, and general recommendations. TOVA and IVA, computer assessments are to help diagnose ADHD.

FEE: Initial evaluation is $225. The base rate is $150 per hour. Insurance may be accepted.

This clinical psychological service provides evaluations of learning and attention, as well as individual psychotherapy and biofeedback. The psycho-educational testing consists of the WJ- R and the WAIS-R, and includes an interview, diagnostic report, and educational recommendations.

Fee: Initial Evaluation is $395. Insurance may be accepted.

These physicians do an evaluation for ADHD which includes an interview. If necessary, they will do computer assessment using the Conners Continuous Performance Test (CPT). They do not do Educational Assessment to rule out LD, but will refer out if needed. They can prescribe medication.

FEE: The base rate for an evaluation is $180 to $230/hr. Insurance may be accepted.

These physicians and their nurse practitioner do an initial interview and take a history as part of the ADHD assessment. They can also address problems that commonly occur with ADHD and prescribe medication.

FEE: Initial evaluation base rate is $450. $150 follow up per half hour. Insurance may be accepted.

This LD/ADHD Specialist provides a learning strategy assessment which includes an interview, a review of records, and a functional academic strategy plan for the student. Depending on individual need, weekly sessions are recommended in Learning Strategy Instruction or ADHD Coaching. The Specialist will work with the student and their academic curriculum to develop individualized educational strategies. Software training is also available.

FEE: Learning Strategy Assessment: $150.00. Strategy Instruction: $50.00/hr. A payment plan and semester packages are available. Third party payment is accepted.
