As we prepare for the future of the College, we must ensure we will have enough resources and support available to maintain the level of excellence we provide through the College. As our programs grow, we continue to face some significant challenges. Our facilities are continuing to be updated to meet the needs of our students, faculty and staff, which includes building renovations and technology enhancements. And due to tuition increases, our students are in greater need of more and larger scholarships. In the future we will be even more dependent on external resources, including the gifts of our loyal graduates. This is why your continued support is very much appreciated and put to good use.

Facility Enhancements - Facility enhancements are needed to upgrade and make additions to our buildings, classrooms and labs to ensure that we offer the most creative, productive and student-friendly environment to recruit and retain the most talented students.

Faculty Development - Faculty development allows our dedicated and distinguished faculty the opportunity to benefit from experiences such as lectureships, research advancement and conferences that provide best practice methods, including the funding of endowed chairs.

Student Scholarships - Scholarships aid in assisting the best and brightest students to enroll, excel and exceed as they work to become teachers, coaches, wellness experts, administrators, social workers, and counselors.

Technology Upgrades - Technology upgrades and integration are necessary to propel us into the next generation of the professional world. Our fields are increasingly engaged with technology and we have a growing need to provide our students and faculty with state-of-the-art technology.

Annual Fund - Annual gifts and unrestricted funds are needed to build the College's endowment to be used for priority needs and unforeseen expenses, allowing flexibility to bring in prominent speakers, offer student and faculty awards and other needs approved by the Dean.
