To apply for a PLUS loan (Parent Loan for Undergraduate Students), the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), PLUS Request Form and PLUS Master Promissory Note must be completed. 

The PLUS Request Form is completed online, printed and either mailed or faxed to the Student Financial Aid Office.

The Master Promissory Note must be obtained from participating lenders. 

If the student does not have a current FAFSA on file, a  Supplemental Application must be completed in addition to the loan application.
