The administration and coordination of the UND
student employment program plays only a small part in its success. Much of the credit lies
with the able and willing supervisors of all student employees; supervisors who care
enough about the working student to make sure that their work experience is, if possible,
realistic and educational. Success of the program also depends upon students who are
willing to seek and perform part-time work to assist them in financing their college
education and to gain educational benefit.
