The applicant is an individual historically under-represented (American Indian/Alaskan Native, Black/Non-Hispanic, Asian/Pacific Islander, Hispanic).  Please provide an official document that indicates ethnicity (birth certificate, tribal registration, etc.).

The applicant is an enrolled member of the Devils Lake Sioux Tribe, Three Affiliated Tribes, Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa, or Standing Rock Sioux Tribe.  Please provide documentation of tribal enrollment.

The applicant is an individual historically under-represented and a graduate of a North Dakota high school.  Please provide documentation of graduation--not necessary if already submitted to the UND Admissions Office.

The applicant (and his/her family, if dependent) is considered economically disadvantaged.  This is defined as persons who have a total family contribution not to exceed 25% of North Dakota resident tuition for the previous year based upon the federally prescribed need analysis formula.  Submission of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is required.
