    Scholarship Name: NATIONAL PHYSICAL SCIENCE CONSORTIUM
    Programs:
    • Traditional NPSC Program provides a two-phase, six-year fellowship. Initial support is for two or three years, depending on the employer-sponser. If the student makes satifactory progress and continues to meet the conditions of the award, support may continue for a total of up to six years. Student typically apply during their senior year.
    • Disseration Support Program provides support while the graduate student conducts dissertation research. Students should apply in the year prior to the beginning of their dissertation research program, but not until they can describe their research at least in general terms.

    Scholarship Name: 164th INFANTRY SCHOLARSHIP
    Scholarship Amount: $500
    Requirements: The 164th Infantry Regiment Scholarship Foundation offers a scholarship of $200 to junior and senior level college students majoring in history or social sciences. Applications are available in the Financial Aid Office. The application deadlines are May 1 for the fall semester and September 1 for the spring.

    Essay Requirements: A maximum of 5 page essay required, detailing some aspect of the history and campaigns of the 164th Infantry of North Dakota. The document must be typewritten and double spaced. Sources must be cited and bibliographies included.
