In the fall after the flood of 1997, our space in Babcock was needed for displaced Archeology staff (most of Babcock was used for Anthropology and Archeology). After looking over the options available in O'Kelly Hall, the former medical school building, space was renovated for us on the 1st floor. While we lost the history and unique space in Babcock, we gained classroom, office, and lounge space.
