Invention Disclosure Committee's primary responsibility is to:

• Review and approve/disapprove invention disclosures that are filed with the Office of Intellectual Property Commercialization & Economic Development. The committee makes a decision whether or not to file a provisional patent application based on a patentability review and preliminary market value study.
