Claim your U-mail and Identity Mangement (IdM) Account, click the link below, then click the "Claim Your Account" button, do not enter a UserID or Passphrase until after you Claim the Account.
The process to claim your IdM account (which will activate your U-mail address) is now available. As with any new system, there may be a few unanticipated glitches so please report any problems to the ITSS Help Desk at 701.777.2222. To claim your account, click the link above and then click the "Claim Your Account" button, instructions are available. Once you have claimed your account, you may access your U-mail e-mail account by clicking the UND Webmail link above or the U-mail link on the UND home page.

ITSS provides central IT services for UND including help center, network, technology support, technical services, telecommunications infrastructure and telephone. In addition to the UND services, it also plays a key role in the Online Dakota Information Network (ODIN), StageNet, and ConnectND PeopleSoft implementation for the North Dakota University System.
