ITSS provides support to research including the following:

High Performance Computing Cluster - The cluster is funded and operated by the UND Vice President for Research office, the North Dakota Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (ND EPSCoR) and UND Information Technology Systems and Services.

Statistical software is available for use on personal computers via the campus site license as well as SAS on the UNIX host abacus.nodak.edu which is located and maintained by HECN South site, NDSU.
