TIP: PRINTING TO THE MAINFRAME PRINTER (4/27/98)

A profile should be set up in IOF if printing to the mainframe printer:

The following example addresses UND users that want to print at the mainframe printer and have their listings routed through the buckets:

From the IOF Option Menu, choose P - profile

choose 4 - Specify print attributes to be set for TSO session

---------------------- Print Attributes for TSO Session ----------------- COMMAND ===> The attributes specified below will be set for your TSO session the first time that you actually enter IOF after logging on to TSO. These attributes affect only output that is produced by your TSO session as "spun" sysout data. IOF produces "spun" sysout data in response to SNAP and PRINT data set functions. ROOM # ===> 0-PC Room # for print banner USER NAME ===> YOURNAME User name for print banner LINE COUNT ===> 72 Lines/page for spun sysout
