The TSO Online tutorial consists of five modules. The text at the top of this page are links to each of the modules and may be accessed at any time by selecting the topic you wish to study. If you are new to TSO you will want to work through the modules in the following order:

Basic Skills - How to log on and off and default settings for TSO.

Data Files - Naming conventions used for data files.

ISPF - File creation and management, including editor commands.

Utilities - Create and delete files (also covered under ISPF).

IOF - Submit a batch job, view and print the results.
