ISPF: Save a File
To Save the file and exit the editor:
Press F3 (or type END at the command line and press enter)
To Save the file and remain in the editor:

Move to the Command area, type SAVE and press enter. |
 |
The message "Data set saved" appears in the upper right hand portion of the screen. |
To Exit the File without Saving (any changes would be lost)
Press F12 (or type CANCEL at the command line and press enter)
