If you have not gone through the Acceptable Use Quiz, you will see a screen re: the HECN Policy Review. Choose "Proceed" to continue on to the quiz. |

Upon completion of the quiz, your information will be presented. Please double-check that your name is spelled correctly. If it is correct, click "Continue". If it is incorrect, contact the appropriate office, students contact the Registrar office, staff and faculy contact the Payroll office. |

A new feature on U-mail is the ability to choose Spam Filter Options. E-mail may be labeled as Spam or Definitely Spam depending on the spam score it receives. Choose the option you'd like and "Proceed." |

Troubleshooting

In order to activate a U-mail account your information must be in the U-mail database AND the U-mail System Directory. If your information is not in the database, you will receive a "Not Found" error. Double-check the EMPLID and Birthdate. If your information is not in the System Directory you will receive the error that you are not active in the directory. If you entered the information correctly or if you receive the second error, please contact the ITSS Help Desk at 777-2222. |
