"Best Gen Ed Programs"

Here are links to some interesting Gen Ed programs and other interesting models for undergraduate education, as identified by AAC&U.

The other is also an AAC&U site, but it focuses a little more broadly on best practices in learning-centered undergraduate education: http://www.greaterexpectations.org

(When you go to the Greater Expectations site, there are two places to check: "Campus Models" in the upper right-hand corner, and Chapter 4 of the Greater Expections report.)

Of course the whole question of what constitutes "Best Programs" and who decides is an open one, so we are not limited by the AAC&U choices. It's just a place to start.
