Happy 125th, UND!

On August 20, 2007, Chuck and Adele Kupchella and two of their grandchildren joined about 4,000 students, faculty, staff and friends of the University to form a “living” UND logo on the lawn by Babcock and Carnegie Halls. That event, The Photo on the Green, launched activities to mark the 125th anniversary of the founding of the University of North Dakota. The group shouted greetings for television footage used in a segment of ABC’s Good Morning, America program.
