Greetings to members of the North Dakota State Board of Higher Education, Chancellor Dunn, faculty, staff, students, alumni, members of the greater University community, and other friends everywhere.  I am again pleased to present this annual report on the state of your University of North Dakota.  It is exciting and heartening to have so many of you join me in celebrating the successes of the past year and the progress we’ve made in achieving objectives outlined in our Strategic Plan.  I am proud and honored to serve as president of this great institution.
