Education

• PhD in Education with an emphasis in exercise physiology from the University of Idaho

• M.S. in Education with an emphasis in exercise physiology from the University of Idaho

• B.S. in Physical Education, majoring in Sport Science from the University of Idaho

Research Interests

Exercise protocols employed by older adults to aid in fall prevention.  The impact of whole body vibration on balance, performance, and other health parameters.   Enhancement of sport performance through specific preconditioning activities. 

Profile

Joined UND in 2009.  Born and raised in Prince George, British Columbia, Canada.  Competed in track and field for the University of Idaho, and stayed on as an assistant coach for three years.  Stay very active and still enjoy running, biking, and any time spent outdoors.
