Luncheon Reservation
If you would like to attend the luncheon please provide the information requested below,
along with the luncheon fee of $ 10 (US) per person, and mail to:

Please provide the first and last names of all persons attending the luncheon and a mailing or email address for contact person.
Deadline for luncheon registration and fee payment is October 12, 2009. Catering service requires that we submit an exact count of those attending the luncheon.
The menu for the Luncheon will be a sandwich buffet including:
- Chicken wild rice soup with soda crackers
- Sliced turkey, ham, beef and cheeses
- Tray of leaf lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and pickle spears
- Assorted kaiser rolls
- Relish tray with dip
- Potato chips
- Soft drinks and coffee
