Education Requirements Committee
1. A meeting of the GER Committee was held on August 16, in Carnegie Hall room 102.
Matt Cavalli presided.
2. Those present at the meeting were Matt Cavalli, Greg Gagnon, Devon Hansen, Joan Hawthorne, Sukhvarsh Jerath, John LaDuke, Lana Rakow, Ryan Zerr and Connie Borboa.

4. Introduction of members.
5. Agenda was reviewed for upcoming General Education Workshop.
6. Revalidation process. Joan Hawthorne moved to set February 1 as deadline for submission of revalidations. The motion was voted upon and carried unanimously.
7. Validation process. Lana Rakow moved to have any validation approved without data assessment required to turn in assessment data the next year. The motion was voted upon and carried unanimously.
8. Revalidation of Space Studies 200. Joan Hawthorne moved to approve revalidation of Space Studies 200 with accordance to the subcommittee recommendation. The motion was voted upon and carried unanimously.
9. The following revalidations were received over the summer: Math 105 and 146; Philosophy 310; Religion 102, 216, 238, 305 and 320; Psychology 361.
