| If you are receiving error
messages and the CampusConnection login page
cannot be displayed check the following security
setting. Your computer may be configured
to use your Internet Service Provider’s
secure server. CampusConnection will not
work with a secure server.
Internet Explorer (Always
Use Internet Explore when using CampusConnection)
Open Internet Explorer
Click on Tools
Select Internet Options
Click on the Connections tab
Click on LAN Settings
Is there a check mark in the Use
a proxy server box?
No then stop – something else is
the problem
Yes, then click on the Advanced.. button
If there is a check in the Use
the same proxy server for all protocols box click
on it to remove the check
If there is anything in the Proxy
address to use box after Secure: delete all the
information
Click on OK
Click on OK
Click on OK
Try to connect to CampusConnection again.
If these steps do not correct the problem
you may need to use a different computer
that uses a different Internet Service
Provider.
