Occasionally, cookies and/or cache become
corrupted which can cause problems logging
in or seeing the correct information. To
resolve these problems, cookies and cache
need to be deleted.
If you are having problems logging in,
ie: you immediately get a message that
your session has expired, clear the cookies
and cache, close your browser and try
again.
The following are brief instructions on
how to delete cache and cookies.
Internet Explorer 6.x
On the menu bar Click Tools > Internet
Options
Click the General Tab
In the Temporary Internet Files section,
click on the Delete Files button.
(It is recommended that you check the 'Delete
all offline content' when prompted)
Click Delete Cookies
Click OK to prompt to "Delete all
cookies in the Temporary Internet Files
Folder"
