of the University Curriculum Committee
1. A meeting of the
University Curriculum Committee was held on Friday, October 13, Room 305, Twamley Hall. Matt Cavalli presided. Those present were Suzanne Anderson, Connie
Borboa, Matt Cavalli, Connie
Gagelin, Devon Hansen, Assion
Lawson-Body and Sandra Short.
2. October 6 minutes.
Connie Gagelin moved to approve the minutes from
October 6. The motion was seconded, voted upon and carried unanimously.
3. Devon Hansen presented
Honors 250 course change request and moved approval. The motion was seconded,
voted upon and carried unanimously.
4. Sandra Short presented Rehabilitation
and Human Services change in program requirements request and moved approval. The
motion was seconded, voted upon and carried unanimously.
5. Sandra Short presented
B.S. in Physical education: Option A-Teacher Education Certification change in
program requirements request and moved approval. The motion was seconded, voted
upon and carried unanimously.
6. Assion
Lawson-Body presented the following course change requests Acct 301, 302, 306,
309, 315, 316, 320, 380, 401, 403, 405, 406, 410, 411, 412, 416, 450 and 494; Fin
310, 340, 350, 360, 475, 410, 420, 430, 440, 450, 460 and 491; Mgmt 300, 301,
302, 309, 310, 400, 407, 408, 409, 410, 420 and 475; Mrkt
305, 310, 311, 312, 315, 325, 330, 411, 412, 425, 440, 445, and 450 and moved
for the approval of all. The motion was
seconded, voted upon and carried unanimously.
7. Assion
Lawson-Body presented Mgmt 431 and 432 new course requests and moved approval.
The motion was seconded, voted upon and carried unanimously.
8. Assion
Lawson-Body presented BBA with a major in Management and BBA with a major in
Marketing change in program requirements requests and moved approval of both.
The motion was seconded, voted upon and carried unanimously.
9. Assion
Lawson-Body presented Pols 393 course change request
and moved approval. The motion was seconded, voted upon and carried
unanimously.
