Curriculum Committee
1. A meeting of the University Curriculum Committee was
held on Thursday September 8, Room 404, Twamley Hall. Tom Zeidlik presided. Those present were Connie
Borboa, Matthew Cavalli, Roxanne Hurley, Nancy Krogh, Assion Lawson-Body, Kanishka
Marasinghe, Steve Moser, David Relling, and Tom Zeidlik.
2. Tom Zeidlik moved to allow paperwork for prerequisites for peoplesoft
purposes to be reviewed by the Registrar’s Office and approved without going to
Committee. The motion was seconded, voted upon and carried unanimously.
3. David Relling, Assion Lawson-Body and Steve Moser presented Acct 301, 302,
309, 312, 320, 380, 401, 405, 410, 411, 450, 315, 316, 416 course change
requests; Fin 310, 321, 324, 340, 350, 360, 410, 420, 430, 460, 491 course
change requests; Entr 385, 387, 405, 410 course change requests; Mgmt 300, 301,
302, 305, 309, 310, 400, 407, 408, 409, 410, 420, 475 course change requests
Mrkt 305, 310, 311, 312, 315, 320, 325, 411, 412, 420, 425, 440, 445, 450 course
change requests.
David Relling moved to table Mgmt 301 pending GPA information. The motion was
seconded, voted upon and carried unanimously.
David Relling moved to approve all of the other presented College of
Business Administration requests. The motion was seconded, voted upon and
carried unanimously.
4. Discussion of lettering grade for 900 workshop courses. Roxanne Hurley moved
to approve letter grading for these courses. The motion was seconded, voted
upon and carried unanimously.
5. David Relling presented OT 205 course deletion, MED new course request and OT
program requirements change and moved approval of all. The motion was seconded,
voted upon and carried unanimously.
