1) Mail in Request: You may use a downloadable form at: Transcript MAIL IN Request form
which you print, complete, sign and then mail (along with payment) to: Office of the Registrar

2) Rush Request (Additional Fee's Apply): Click here for information on other options: Transcript Rush Request form

If you cannot use the downloadable form above, please send a letter to the Office of the Registrar including the following information

1) Your full name as it appears on your record. Indicate any other names you may have used while a student at the University of North Dakota.

2) Your Social Security Number and/or your student ID number.

3) Your address and telephone number.

4) The approximate dates you attended the University of North Dakota.

5) Address of transcript recipient.

6) Enclose payment of $5.00 per transcript ordered. Once your order is received by our office, your transcript will be mailed to recipient via regular 1st class US mail within 3-5 business days of order.

7) Federal Express delivery option is an additional charge of: $20.00 for FedEx United States, $35.00 for FedEx Canada/Mexico, and $45.00 for FedEx International. Orders for Federal Express overnight delivery will be processed the same day if received by 3:00 PM Central Time.

 9) Your signature and the date.

FedEx
United States Delivery Option is an additional charge of $20.00

Canada/Mexico Delivery Option is an additional charge of $35.00

International Delivery Option is an additional charge of $45.00

Rush Orders		 Transcript requests received on a business day by 3 PM CST will be available for pick up at the Registrar's Office the next business day. There is an additional fee of $20 for rush orders.

Holds

We are unable to fulfill transcript requests for students who have a financial hold. University policy prohibits official transcripts for any student indebted to the University.
