School of Communication Student Council (SCSC)
The School of Communication Student Council will be made up of the Presidents or a member chosen from each SComm student organization: PRSSA, AWC, LPE, SCGSA, SPJ and Ad Club. Other groups that may be represented are the Native Media Center, Studio One and The Dakota Student. Other members may be any SComm major, minors or pre-majors who are interested.
The Goals for SCSC are:
1. Provide students a place to discuss issues about SComm
2. Provide information to faculty from students and vice versa-liaison
3. Coordinate student organizations
4. Promote SComm outside of SComm
5. Improve communication and relationships between SComm faculty and students
