| Wellness Center: This project is currently 98% complete, with final work that includes
installation of a electrical power generator to be finished by spring of 2007. The facility is currently occupied and being used by students, staff, and faculty. |

| Student Housing Complex: This projects current budget is $20 million. It is under construction, on
schedule, and has a projected completion date of August 2007. |

| Northern Plains Center for Behavioral Research: Bids for this project came in over budget, and as a result the design consultants are currently in the process of redesigning the facility to reduce the scope of work accordingly. A spring 2007 constuction start is planned. |

| Parking Structure: With a budget of $16.2 million, this project is currently underway and will be
substantially complete by August 2007. |
