I'm a student, and I'd like my personal e-mail address to be shown instead of my U-Mail. Can I do this?
No. U-Mail is the official e-mail for all students.

How can students update their information?
Go to the PeopleSoft self-service screen via Campus Connection.

How can faculty/staff update information?
Visit with your office manager. One person in each office has the right to update departmental staff information within PeopleSoft HRMS. Within the HRMS screen, go to Home, then Administer Workforce, then Higher Ed Campus Information Update.

Why do we have to enter our U-Mail ID and password to gain access to student information?
Those who are not members of the University community are not allowed to view student information.

I don't have a U-Mail account. What can I do?
All members of the University community have a U-Mail account, though it may not be activated. To activate your account, go to http://itss.und.edu/email.html, and choose "Activate your Account."

I can't remember my U-Mail password.

Contact the ITSS help desk at 777-2222.

Why am I limited to viewing just 20 names?
This is done to prevent spammers and others from creating mass mailing lists.

Why can't I find my instructor, who is a GTA, in the faculty/staff directory?
Check the student directory. If your instructor is also a student, they are likely listed in that directory.
