LIABILITY RELEASE: 

I hereby release the University and the course instructors using writings, photographs, video and audio recordings, or other material created in connection with these courses  from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses which I now have or may hereafter have by reason of any use thereof. In addition, I hereby release and discharge you from any and all liability arising out of any injury of any kind that may be sustained by me or my child or ward from participation in or in connection with the making or utilization of the above production(s) or by reason of the exercise by you of any of the rights granted to you hereunder. Moreover, I also release and discharge the managers and owners of any and all locations that said motion picture(s) make(s) use of, and wherever I might be while working on or being involved with its production, from any and all liability of any kind.
