All other songs were recorded in studio
settings, usually the accompaniment first, with various takes of individual
vocals recorded later (also in studio settings) to playback of the
accompaniment. The only exceptions were the "music box"/vocal and
guitar/vocals on the versions of You Made Me Love You used for the dream
sequence, which were all recorded simultaneously.
All songs recorded on a Marantz PMD-670
digital recorder, summer 2005, except three revised vocals recorded January
2006 (and, of course, the three "bonus tracks" of original acoustic
recordings made at the time the songs were first published in the 1910s).
