With the sun filtering through its youthful trees, Deep Portage provides a picturesque landscape. Deep Portage is an environmental learning center near Hackensack, MN. It has programs on wetland ecology, forestry, orienteering and freshwater systems. It is a great place for students to learn about the environment and receive a general interest in nature.
