Take a look at
The Environment of the Week
3/30/98

Pictured her an alpine glacier located in the mountains. Glacier are
made of ice just like the frost you can receive on your cars in the morning.
The people of the north country are happy to see the first days of spring
and the last showers of snow for a few months. Glaciers build up ice over
many years and can either be receding or enlarging. All of our epic Ice
Ages have come from larger glaciers covering the earth.
