Cindy is a graduate of the University of California-Santa Barbara. She is a Professor and Director of Training for the Doctoral Program in Counseling Psychology. She also serves as Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Training for the College of Education and Human Development. Cindy's training interestes are: career development and counseling; supervision and counselor development; ethics; professional issues and identity; psychologists agents of social change, diversity issues. Her research interests are: vocational psychology; poverty; career values in racial/ethnic minority populations; feminist counseling, supervision. She serves as the co-faculty advisor for SAS.
