Higher Education Resource Organization for Students Scholarships:

HEROS will award a minimum of seven (7) $100 scholarships to the following:

• Four undergraduate student scholarships will be awarded to enrolled members of the North Dakota tribes (one for each North Dakota reservation).
• One current year high school or GED graduate student scholarship will be awarded to an enrolled member of a North Dakota tribe.
• One undergraduate student scholarship will be awarded to an enrolled member of a federal recognized tribe other than a North Dakota tribe.
• One graduate student scholarship will be awarded to an enrolled
member of one of the North Dakota tribes.

Criteria:

1. You must be enrolled as a full-time student in a North Dakota
institution of higher education.

2. You must possess a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of
3.00 or better.

3. You must be an enrolled member of a tribe or provide proof of
Indian ancestry.

Applications must be postmarked by September 1st of each year.
