Susan Nelson called
the meeting to order at 4:31 p.m. in the Memorial Room of the Student
Union.
Minutes: Greg Gagnon moved that the
minutes from the November 17, 2009, meeting be approved as submitted. Lowell Schweigert seconded. Motion carried.
Letterwinners: A list of Letterwinners as proposed by their head coaches was submitted
for men’s cross
country, women’s cross country, football, soccer and volleyball. Greg Gagnon moved to approved
the Letterwinners as recommended. Glenn
Olsen seconded. Motion carried. A list of Letterwinners is attached to the
minutes.
Spring Semester Meetings Dates: It was agreed that the meetings for spring semester would be the third
Tuesday of each month at 4:30 p.m. The
dates are February 16, March 16, April 20 and May 17. Bev Hopman will schedule the meeting rooms
and send out notification to the committee.

Charge of the IAC: Greg
Gagnon asked if the duties and responsibilities of the Intercollegiate Athletics
Committee would be addressed in the future.
Brian Faison stated that Athletics is waiting for the results of the
NCAA compliance audit. The IAC’s function
and reporting line was one of the areas examined. The results of the audit are expected in
February or March.
Student Athlete Code of Conduct:
Susan Nelson asked about the status of the Student Athlete Code of
Conduct. Brian Faison reported that the
document was still with UND’s Legal Counsel.
Greg Gagnon moved
the meeting adjourn. Paul Todhunter
seconded. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 5:00 p.m.

The FSRN broadcast all
football, men’s and women’s basketball games, all men’s hockey games and all
home women’s hockey games as well as a weekly, 26-week radio show on Wednesday
nights.
FSRN includes 11 stations
throughout North Dakota, northwestern Minnesota and a hockey affiliate in
Plentywood, Montana.
FSRN stations include KFGO in
Fargo, Clear Channel stations in Grand Forks, Bismarck, Dickinson, Minot and
Williston.
