Recognize someone for their efforts in making your experience in the residence halls extraordinary.

OTMs are awards that recognize individual people or groups that have made the experience of living in the residence halls even better. Every month, residents from all the halls at UND nominate people or groups to win one of these prestigious awards. All of the OTMs are collected and "judged" by the OTM committee (composed of NRHH members). From here, the committee selects one nomination per category to go on to the MACURH region. From there, it may go on to the national level of NACURH.

 MACURH and NACURH
UND's chapter of NRHH is a part of the Midwestern Affiliate of College and University Residence Halls (MACURH). Residence halls from Minnesota, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, South Dakota, North Dakota, and Manitoba get together once every year to help each other build a better community for their respective colleges. To learn more about MACURH and its services, check out the Regional Website.

The national umbrella that includes nearly every residence hall in the country is the National Affiliate of College and University Residence Halls. Before the start of the new school year (usually in May or June), NACURH delegations bring everything to the table with regards to how residence halls can better suit the current residents and well as future residents. NACURH has its own website, maintained by the school currently hosting the National Information Center (NIC). You can check it out, as well as other NACURH resources, here.

OTM winners from UND advance on to the MACURH level every month. From there, if the OTM is so deserving, it travels to NACURH where everyday residents have the chance to be the "...Of the Month" for the entire nation! Do you know someone worthy of an OTM?
