Friday
- 10:00am - 1:00pm : Registration (Rivers People Visitors Center)
- 2:00pm - 5:00pm : Registration (Rivers People Visitors Center)
{Solar Observing near Visitors Center}
Depending on conditions the following will take place in the large tent or at the park ampatheater, ask registration desk for directions.
- 7:00pm - 7:30pm : Opening Ceremony
- 7:40pm - 8:10pm : Talk 1: Spacewatch India, Vishnu Reddy
- 8:15pm - 8:30pm : Amateur Astronomer Awards Ceremony "2004"
- 8:40pm - 9:40pm : Talk 2: Deep Impact, Elizabeth Warner
- 9:50pm - Dawn : Observing / What's up? (Observer's Field)
- (If cloudy we will have a campfire program near the large cabin)
Saturday
- Saturday Registration will take place at posted time's, check with the registration booth for time's.
- 9:00am - 11:00am : Breakfast / Brunch for organizers {Solar Observing near large cabin}
- 11:30pm - 2:30pm : Exploration time, Fieldtrip, to be discussed
- 3:00pm - 4:30pm : Night Sky Network and Extra-solar planet workshops, held at the Rivers People Visitors Center.
- 5:00pm - 7:00pm : Dinner Program (Held at group shelter, follow signs)
- 7:40pm - 8:10pm : Talk 3: (To Be Announced) Ampatheater or Tent
- 8:15pm - 8:30pm : Amateur Astronomer Awards Ceremony "2005"
- 8:40pm - 9:40pm : Talk 4: MER-Geology on the move, Jim Zimbelman
- 9:50pm - Dawn : Observing / What's up? (Observer's Field)
- (If cloudy we will have a campfire program near the large cabin)
Sunday
- 9:00am - 11:00am : Breakfast / Brunch for organizers {Solar Observing near large cabin}
- 11:00am - 12"00pm : Closing ceremony & Evaluations, plus PRIZES!!!
- For organizers debriefing will occur about 3:00pm after clean up of cabins.
