Please take time to read through this page, it may appear to be the same as last years, however there are some important changes in the camping and lodging options that are listed below.
Three clubs under one beautiful dark sky, one of the only dark places left in the country is North Dakota. Our astronomy clubs welcome you to the great DARK SKY state of North Dakota. We hope that you will enjoy your visit to the North Dakota Star Party, this is our second year of hosting the event, and we want this year to be better then last years.

I applogise for the delay in getting this page up on-line, it took our committee some time to determine exactly what we needed to this year. Many great suggestions were explored that you wrote in the evaluation forms last year and hopefully you will see that we did take the comments seriously and you see a better star party this year.

Camping
Camping this year will be a little different from last year, what we have found out is that it would make things go much more smoothly if we did not collect for park enterence and camping. Cross Ranch Rangers suggested that since you will have to visit them about getting park passes that they might as well collect the park and camping fees then.

Camping fees: $7.00/campsite/day
Enterance fees: $5.00 per day per car.
As far as RV's are concerned they do not have full hookups at the park, so please take note of this. Other questions you have can be emailed to me through the contact us link to the left. Thank you.

If you are planning to stay at one of these hotel's contact them and reserve rooms early, they probably will go very fast as the date gets closer.
