All units using University of North Dakota web resources must use the following templates. There are four tiers, or layers.

The implementation of these templates throughout the University will increase consistency in user experience, navigation, and accessibility, as well as help brand the University of North Dakota and provide for a cohesive online experience.

If you have any questions or need more information, contact the Office of University Relations, 777-2731. The University's compliance officer, assigned by the President, is Jan Orvik, who can be reached at 777-3621 or janorvik@mail.und.nodak.edu.
Template Updating
*All existing UND web pages must have the search box updated on the template pages. Please make the changes to the template, update all your pages by saving it, not save as (dreamweaver will update them when you save), and then re-upload the new updated template and the updated pages as well to the server. This layered Macromedia Fireworks file is provided to aid in your development of your University of North Dakota Web sites. It will allow you to quickly and easily swap out text within your banners. (The official University font style is FrizQuadrata. France font style is also acceptable.) If you would like a custom banner created, contact Bo Frize. '
